Virthos Pro System Requirements
Web Server Requirements
• Support for PHP 4 or a higher version
• Availability of a mySQL database (mySQL Version 3.23.6 or higher)
• Access to the file system, such as by FTP
• The ability to modify permissions on the server
• About 500 kB available disk space
Virthos does not require any special PHP libraries. Any standard PHP installation is sufficient. Even the so-called "safe mode" that some providers activate on their web servers does not affect Virthos' functionality.
Virthos is designed to accommodate sharing of the mySQL database by multiple applications. Virthos’ table names can be customized by users, so that there will be no conflicts with other scripts or web applications.
Browser Requirements
Since Virthos has no effect on the HTML code of existing websites, there are no special requirements for browsers to access Virthos pages. Virthos works even if the user has disabled cookies or JavaScript.
To use the content editor, there are only two requirements for the browser: Frames and JavaScript 1.3 must be supported.
